While it is imperative to hold colleges and universities accountable for taking decisive action on sexual violence, it is also essential to acknowledge and celebrate the role outside organizations play in this work. NASPA Comments in Response to Proposed Title IX Rule
On Wednesday, the public comment period for the Department of Education’s proposed rule on Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance, pertaining to Title IX closed with over 100,000 comments received.
