Sexual violence affects all of us
Though we know there are many people who face heightened vulnerability to violence due to their identity, age, or economic or social status, anyone can experience sexual violence. And, we are all impacted by the trauma that sexual violence brings to our homes, classrooms, and places of work.
While Culture of Respect works primarily with institutions of higher education, sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking do not occur in a vacuum on college campuses: in fact, many students who come to campus have already experienced violence. To truly shift our culture, we must work to end violence in all our institutions, including workplaces and primary and secondary schools. Culture of Respect is proud to bring our six-pillar framework and public health approach to these secondary schools. We are enthusiastic about working with other types of institutions who are committed to shifting our culture. Contact us to learn more about partnering with Culture of Respect.
