New Resources for Sexual Assault Awareness Month
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) and we are excited to offer two new resources for campuses: Do’s and Don’ts of Supporting a Survivor of Sexual Violence and 6 Steps To Reducing Sexual Violence on Campus. These resources are free for download and use at your SAAM event or posted to your SAAM or sexual violence resources webpage.
On-campus student activism is a crucial component in the effort to curtail rape culture and help create a Culture of Respect. Campus activism tools raise awareness and keep the effort front and center for all constituents as part of the CORE Blueprint. Avenues of activism can also be an empowering space for survivors and other concerned students.
